How do I train my arms

Arm training!! I've included the arm routine I used during the workout for you to try, perform it correctly and your arms will grow 'big'

To get that maximum swollen,blood rushing pump feeling to your arms, you must devote your full attention to each muscle group your training and think about working the muscle not only physically but mentally too, this will allow for the “mind muscle connection,” too many exercisers perform lifts that are far too heavy! Try dropping the weight and contract the muscle on every rep. To achieve this look Lactic acid plays a key role. The objective in each workout is to allow a large quantity of lactic acid to accumulate in the muscles. This will eventually lead to greater hypertrophy (muscle growth) as the body experiences a huge boost in all the anabolic hormone levels, such as growth hormone, testosterone and igf.

Routine performed as tri set

Db incline curl 3 x 6
Ez bar reverse curl 3 x 12
Concentration curl 3 x 25

Close grip press 3 x 6
Ez bar decline skull crush 3 x 12
Push downs 3 x 25
