10 Training tips from our Personal Trainer Keith.
1. 10 lay down & stand ups
2. wall squat and hold for 30 seconds
3. plank for 1 min
4. High knees ( running on the spot bring knees high)
5. Butt kicks ( running on the spot heels to bum)
6. wide squat into narrow foot squat 10 reps of each
7. running man on a step or elevated surface 30 seconds each leg
8. V-sit for 45 seconds
9. V-sit knee tucks 12 reps
10. 12 Press ups normal then straight into as many diamond press ups as you can manage.....Don't be afraid of failure
Repeat twice
Push yourselves and don't give up
