How to drop body fat for the summer.
The 4 easy steps:
1- Nutrition- For fat loss, reducing your carbohydrate intake (cutting out wheat and gluten) will see you lose body fat fast. Also for health reasons, cutting out wheat and gluten (bread, pasta both white and whole grain) would increase your health and reduce the risk of major conditions.

2- Exercise- You have to exercise. I like doing:
Monday- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday- Quads and hams
Wednesday- Sprints
Thursday- Back and biceps
Friday- Shoulders and abs
Saturday- light Cardio
Sunday- Rest
3- sleep- You need sleep and good quality sleep for fat loss. Sleeping before midnight and not waking up until morning is ideal. Sleeping after midnight reduces your production of serotonin (happy hormone). Not sleeping or having poor quality sleep can reduce if not stop fat loss results.
4- Have fun- If you want to drink with your friends once a weekend or go out for a meal once a week, do it. If you don’t, I admit you will see more results, but if you start to become unhappy, one night a week isn’t going to stop your results.
