If you look worse 3 to 4 weeks AFTER your contest then you did 18-20 weeks BEFORE it you are doing it all wrong. There is no better way to destroy gains and sometimes even your metabolism then to go on a strict diet and follow it with weeks of binge/bad eating. You should be able to figure out a happy medium, or reverse diet. Most prep coaches offer these but you can also figure it our yourself. This is very common and extreme weight loss does not = gains. If you are 20/30kbs over your contest weight weeks after a show you are doing it all wrong. Most top natural Pro athletes stay between 10-20lbs max over stage weight at the peak of offseason. Don't make it any harder on yourself then it needs to be!
