How do I get the purfect bum?

One of the main questions I get every day is how can I tone my bum? Ok, this is how you do it!

Let’s start with the don’ts first

1- Spending hours on the cardio machines will not tone you bum. In fact it can have the reverse effect.
 


... 2- Performing 1000 reps in raising your legs up like the ones they do in legs bum and tum classes. There just isn’t enough stress on the muscle fibres to make a difference.

3- Don’t think that rubbing a cream into your skin will somehow re shape your body. In fact most of them creams contain parabens. These parabens will increase fat storage in legs and bum.

4- Don’t just wish for it, you have to act to achieve.

5- Nutrition does play a big part of toning up legs and bum. Eating junk food simply won’t get you results.


What to do to tone and re shape your legs and bum!

1- Take part in a resistance training programme. The most fast and effective way to re shape your body is by using weights. Fact. Weights are the ONLY way you can tone the body, cardio cannot tone muscle.

The best exercises for the lower body are:
- Squats
- Deadlifts
- Lunges
- Step ups
- sledge pulls

2- Don’t be afraid to go heavy, you will not bulk up like a bodybuilder. Aiming for 8-15reps on each exercise (with them last few reps of the set becoming difficult) will see you with faster results then lifting or pushing weights that weigh less weight then your purse.

3- If you want to achieve a goal just saying it, speaking about it won’t get you results, you have to go out there and work hard for it. At the end of the day it’s your life, your body and no one but you can change it

4- Creams are used for many reasons; one of them reasons is to reduce cellulite. The fastest way to reduce cellulite is to reduce body fat it’s as easy as that. The fastest way to lose body fat is lift weights and train hard.

5- Nutrition is very important in re shaping the body. Increasing protein and fibre intake will help you see results with the loser body.
