How good is milk

www.bodybynaturesupplements.com

Dairy is OPTIONAL not a RULE. Please stop getting so hung up on and paralyzed by "rules". As with everything, it depends on YOUR body, and how YOU react to dairy. No book (or blog or Dr Oz.) can answer this for your body!!

If you consume dairy and feel like crap, have acne, food cravings, unexplained tiredness, sinus and allergy symptoms etc etc, and you are curious whether it might be caused by dairy, keep a food log (write down what you eat for a few days - as you eat, not from memory) then remove dairy from your diet for 30 days. See how YOU feel. Keep notes.

Then after 30 days, add dairy back in slowly. Slowly means have a small portion (which might just be a bite), not sip a gallon of milk and nibble on a pound of cheese over a 2 hour period.

See what happens. Maybe nothing. Or maybe you decide that dairy is not for you.

And P.S. eggs are not dairy.
