Microwaves safe or not

Microwaves, when invented, were hailed as a housewife's new best friend. Shorter cooking times, quick to re-heat foods, convenient and easy to use. However, in today's World we know that microwaves can be harmful to our health and harmful to our foods.
 


Microwaved diets cause digestive disturbances and the human body cannot metabolise the unknown by-products which it creates. Some of the issues with microwaved foods can be found below:

> Continually consuming microwaved foods can cause Male and Female hormone production to shut down and/or become altered.
... > The minerals, vitamins and nutrients of any food that is cooked or heated in a microwave become reduced so that the human body gets little or no benefit from the food.
> The human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down and properly utilised by our system.
> The nutrients in vegetables cooked in a microwave oven are altered into cancerous free-radicals.
> Food cooked in microwaves has been linked to causing stomach and intestinal cancers as well as contributing to the increase of colon cancer.
> Microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies due to the lack of nutrients.
